Don’t Say Goodbye - Say Hello
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, like the weight of the world is too much to carry, I need you to know something—you are not alone. Right now, in this moment, take a deep breath and hear this truth: your story isn’t over.
I know the darkness can feel suffocating. I know the thoughts that creep in, whispering that things won’t get better, that no one understands, that the pain will never end. But those thoughts are liars. You are not a burden. You are not forgotten. You are deeply, overwhelmingly loved.
Instead of saying goodbye, say hello. Say hello to a new day, even if it feels impossible. Say hello to a friend who wants to listen. Say hello to hope, even if it’s just a flicker in the distance. There are people who love you more than you know, who want nothing more than to remind you that you matter.
Pain has a way of convincing us that we are alone, that no one sees or understands. But hear me—God sees you. He knows your heart. He knows your struggles. And He is not done with you yet. Psalm 34:18 reminds us: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." You are never too far, too lost, too broken for His love to reach you.
Please, don’t close the door on tomorrow. There is so much ahead of you that you haven’t seen yet—laughter you haven’t laughed, love you haven’t felt, moments of joy that are waiting for you. Reach out. Speak up. Say hello. Someone is ready to listen.
You are loved. You are needed. You are here for a reason. And I am so glad you are.
