YOUR RAFFLE BASKET DONATION IS NOW INCLUDED IN THE VENDOR FEE AND WE WILL CREATE ALL RAFFLE BASKETS.
Ride Out of the Darkness™ is an annual fundraising event for suicide and mental health awareness. Each year we have grown in both numbers of riders and participants. Participants from all around the country fly in or ride in to join us for this event. At the end of the ride we have a Rally that will consist of raffles, food trucks, merchandise vendors, entertainment, as well as resources on mental health and suicide. We would be honored to have you join us as a vendor. All proceeds go to support our local community for mental health and suicide awareness in the form of scholarships and events to help people heal.
Space is limited to 90 booths, so please complete the application and pick out your own vendor booth spot below.
Email info@lovesurroundsyou.org to tell us what resources/products/services/menu you will be offering, along with a picture of your booth. Food/Beverage Vendors are required to have liability insurance and their permit. Please email those as well. We do our best to prevent the duplication of products or services booths. Resource Vendors do not have to pay the booth fee, but like previous years, we ask for a $25 donation to create a raffle basket. Love Surrounds You™ wants to partner with Resource Vendors so that we have referral resources for those in need. This can range from Mission 22, homeless coalitions, addictions, veteran assistance, bullying for children, and all types of therapy services. We want to be able to offer different resources in one place for the entire community. This is an excellent marketing opportunity for your company. We will be advertising and providing shoutouts on social media for our vendors and sponsors.
